About Japanese Head Spa training at Yume
Discover the art of Japanese Head Spa through a comprehensive training program that combines technique, wellness, and the spirit of Japanese hospitality.
This course is designed to provide students with both the theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to deliver a professional Japanese Head Spa experience.
Students will learn the fundamentals of scalp and hair health, head and neck anatomy, circulation, relaxation, stress response, safety and contraindications, as well as proper pressure, rhythm, positioning, and hands-on techniques.
Practical training includes Japanese Head Spa massage techniques for the scalp, head, ears, neck, and shoulders, along with professional consultation, guest care, and creating a relaxing treatment environment.
More than simply learning a sequence of techniques, this course emphasizes Omotenashi — the Japanese philosophy of thoughtful and heartfelt hospitality. Students will learn how to create an experience in which each guest feels cared for, comfortable, and deeply relaxed.
The goal of this training is to develop confident practitioners who understand not only how to perform Japanese Head Spa techniques, but also the purpose and intention behind every touch.
